The Safety and Environmental Assurance Centre (SEAC) is a central resource providing expertise and advice on all areas of safety and the environment to Unilever's global operation.

Within SEAC, the Risk Analysis Unit has a vacancy for two Decision Analysts. The responsibilities for this role include:

 Providing clear solutions to the decision making process.
 Providing options and rationale for risk management decisions, with recommendations for best options.
 Identifying data/knowledge gaps.
 Providing consultancy, advice and training in decision making methodology.
 Internal and external liaison with relevant personnel to ensure transfer of best practice.

You will be a strong facilitator, possess excellent mediation and influencing skills along with a persuasive nature gained from several years experience of applying decision analysis techniques. The ability to enter senior management teams and offer clarity to the decision making process is vital. Some experience of applying financial models would be an advantage.

You will have a science degree plus a post graduate qualification in mathematical science/statistics.
