The overall purpose of the role is to:
- effectively manage teams of employees engaged in processing activities
- ensure customer orders are met within the timescales set
- ensure that the finished products meet the appropriate standards
- provide creditable technical leadership.
The successful candidate must:
- hold a degree in either chemistry or a life science
- a minimum of 3 year’s line management experience and 1 year’s experience of operational management
- have excellent man management skills
- the ability to work under pressure.
