As part of our targeted growth we are setting up a UK based Global Personal Care Centre of Excellence, bringing together the Application Research and Technical Service (ARTS) and Research and Development teams. We are looking to recruit experienced cosmetic formulation scientists to enhance our ability to grow through responsive customer service and innovation.
Customer technical Service Manager Ref: 2/DC15F
Using your cosmetics knowledge and commercial acumen, you will lead, motivate and develop a team of people to deliver a world class technical service provision for our customers. Reporting directly to the European Technical Manager you will work effectively under the pressure of customer lead short-term project work. Ideally you will have up to 10 years experience in the cosmetics industry, with a track record of delivering cost effective technical support to customers. Proven supervisory skills are essential and fluency in one or more European language would be a distinct advantage.
Applicants must have recent practical experience of formulating cosmetic ingredients into personal care products, with a degree in chemistry or cosmetic science.
